5. Event Policies
All events have unique policies depending on the nature and host of said event. Please always check each event for its unique policies.
 

Registration

All events produced by Ayalaweya LLC must be registered for on our official website by purchasing a ticket or RSVPing on the individual event page.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If an event is canceled or postponed, any ticket purchased is eligible for a refund.

  • If you are unable to attend the event, you must request a refund at least 30 days before the event date unless the specific terms and conditions for that event state otherwise.

  • Tickets can be transferred up to 48 hours before the event by sending your ticket along with the name and email of the individual to whom you would like to transfer the ticket to support@ayalaweya.com.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided on our Site and through our Services, unless stated otherwise, is the property of Ayalaweya LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
 

Usage Rights

If reposting any content, please make sure to include our Instagram handle and website link in a visible location (e.g., in the caption or in the corner of the screen).
 

7. Limitation of Liability

In any event produced or service provided, Ayalaweya LLC and its associates are not liable for any damages that may occur. We will always do our absolute best to ensure that they do not occur. In the event of unforeseen circumstances where we cannot compensate, cover, or support you for one reason or another, individuals participating in Ayalaweya LLC events or receiving our services must be fully informed that they are not guaranteed support or compensation for anything, ever, although we will always try our best to help.

Product Descriptions

All product descriptions will be attached to the item with clear information about the entirety of the product. We do not ship, and our items are currently available online or in person.
 

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with an item you have received, we will give you a full refund. This does not apply to downloadable PDF documents purchased through our site, for which refunds are not available.
